Before you sign up: account activation requires document verification

Jamaican telecom rules require every SMS sender to be identified. Your account will accept payment today, but sending is gated until we manually approve the following three documents:

  • Government photo ID (driver's licence, national ID, or passport) for the account holder
  • Company registration document (Business Name Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, or equivalent)
  • Proof of business address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, lease, or bank statement)

You'll upload these immediately after payment. Reviews are usually completed within 1 business day. You'll receive email updates at every step.
