Before you continue: how billing works

Today we only verify your card — no charge is made. Jamaican telecom rules require every SMS sender to be identified, so activation is gated behind manual document review. You'll upload these three items right after signup:

  • Government photo ID (driver's licence, national ID, or passport) for the account holder
  • Company registration document (Business Name Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, or equivalent)
  • Proof of business address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, lease, or bank statement)

Our compliance team reviews manually, usually within 1 business day. Only when all three are approved do we charge your card — that's when your credit lands on your account and you can start sending. You'll get email updates at every step.
